While his mother tries to decide his life for him, Hedi meets Rym and suddenly he discovers that his world goes beyond and above conventions. Hedi’s lead actor Majd Mastoura won the Silver Berlin Bear at the Berlinale, making it the first Arab film to win the prestigious award.

The film landed its world premiere at the Cannes film festival where it was nominated for the short film Palme d’Or.
